Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you download, access, or use BlockFit: Skin Maker (“BlockFit,” the “app”) or use the BlockFit support website. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BlockFit.
BlockFit is distributed through Apple’s App Store and is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement those terms and do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Who may use BlockFit
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are not old enough to enter into an agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms and supervise your use of the app, including any purchase.
What BlockFit provides
BlockFit is a local 3D editing tool for creating block-style character-skin PNG files. It does not provide accounts, social profiles, chat, messaging, a public gallery, or an in-app sharing network. Features may change as the app is improved.
Your licence to use the app
Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules, BPGO grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use BlockFit on Apple devices you own or control. No ownership interest in BlockFit or its software is transferred to you.
Your creations
As between you and BPGO, you keep the rights you hold in original artwork you create using BlockFit. You are responsible for your designs and must have the right to use any names, artwork, characters, logos, or other material included in them. Do not use BlockFit to infringe another person’s rights or create unlawful content.
Local projects and exports
Projects are stored locally in BlockFit’s private storage on your device. BPGO does not operate a project-sync or backup service. Device loss, damage, storage problems, or deleting the app may result in lost projects, so you should export finished work you want to keep.
If you request an export, BlockFit asks for add-only Photos permission and saves the PNG to your Photos library. What you do with that file afterward—including sharing it through iPadOS or another app—takes place outside BlockFit and is your choice.
In-app purchases
Editing is available without a subscription. BlockFit may offer an optional one-time purchase for unlimited exports. Apple processes the transaction, determines the displayed local price, and handles billing, purchase approval, and refund requests under its own terms. A qualifying purchase can be restored through the app using the Apple Account that made it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use BlockFit for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes;
- circumvent purchase checks or interfere with the app’s normal operation;
- reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent BlockFit, BPGO, or your creations as being official or endorsed by a third party.
Third-party platforms and intellectual property
BlockFit may create files compatible with third-party games or platforms. Compatibility can change, and BPGO does not control or guarantee third-party software, services, policies, or continued support for a file format.
Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, and related names and assets belong to their respective owners. BlockFit is an independent product: it is not approved by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Availability, updates, and support
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or compatible with every future iPadOS or third-party software version. Support is available at the contact address below.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockFit and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPGO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost projects, lost data, lost profits, or loss resulting from third-party platforms. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, applicable law, or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page before or when they take effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live or any applicable Apple terms.
